TROUBLE SHOOT PER TEST PLAN- VEHICLE WILL NEED TUNE UP & UPON TESTING INTAKE SYSTEM- FOUND VARIABLE INTAKE IS LEAK WITH DAMAGE TO ACTUATING RUNNERS. FULL INTAKE MUST BE REPLACED TO CLEAR CEL. TROUBLE SHOOT VEHICLE SUSPENSION- LEAK TEST SHOWS MAJOR LEAKS FROM BOTH FRONT STRUTS. MAIN AIR PUMP IS DAMAGED & WILL NEED UPDATED RELAY. POST REPAIRS WILL NEED TO RETEST SYSTEM AS VALVE BLOCK MAY HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY LOW PUMP OUTPUT. TESTED VEHICLE ACCESSORY DRIVE SYSTEM. FOUND MAJOR OIL LEAKS FROM OFHG & OIL COOLER GASKETS. RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF WORN GASKETS & ALL NEEDED SEALS.
ADS SYSTEM DETECTED A MAJOR LEAK IN SYSTEM. MAJOR LEAK IS NOTICED FROM RIGHT FRONT AIR STRUT & LEFT SIDE IS LEAKING. TECH RECOMMENDED BOTH AIR STRUT TO BE REPLACED, AIR PUMP & RELAY ASSEMBLY.
REPLACED!
REPLACED BOTH FRONT AIR STRUTS. COMPLETED HEIGHT SYSTEM CHECK & MONITORED FOR LEAKS- NONE FOUND AT THIS TIME. POST ROAD TEST FAULT STORED: AIR PSI SENSOR IS OUT OF RANGE. POSSIBLE PSI SENSOR IS DAMAGED IN VALVE BLOCK.
REPLACED FAULTY OIL FILTER HOUSING GASKETS & ALL NEEDED SEALS. REPLACED SERPENTINE BELT & ACC TENSIONER. COMPLETED STEERING SYSTEM BLEED & RE-TESTED OP-OK DECREASED OIL DEPOSITS AS BEST AS POSSIBLE.
